I saw Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day last night. It was fluffy fun--kind of like those store-bought cakes with the artificial colors and flavors, and it tastes delicious but you shouldn't think too hard about the ingredients. Heh. Thumbs up from me. Plus: Amy Adams, Frances McDormand, Ciaran Hinds, LEE PACE!
Lee plays Ned on Pushing Daisies, and I think he's adorable there, but in this movie he: 1) speaks with a British accent; 2) plays the piano; 3) is scruffy; and 4) wears a hat. Guh.
After the movie was over I declared my intention to marry Lee Pace and have his children, and my friend Cee challenged me to rock-paper-scissors to claim him. She won two out of three. I tried to persuade her to go for three out of five, but she wouldn't do it. And thus endeth my hopes and aspirations for marrying Lee Pace. *g*
OH! Speaking of adorableness--look at the hugging bears on my profile! Thank you, anonymous! (even though I think I know who you are, because this has you written all over it, heh)
