In which I am both gleeful and strangely lacking in free will

My car is in the shop. Nothing brings home how very suburban American I am like having my autonomy my transportation temporarily taken away. Good thing I got all my errands done before dropping off the car, because the part they need is in a (not-too-far-away) different city, so I'm car-less until tomorrow.

On the other hand, I may not want to go out anyway, because: MY DVD'S ARE HERE. OH, AMAZON, I'M SORRY I MALIGNED YOU SO!
