Battlestar Galactica -- Fighter Fics!

A while ago I asked for Resistance fic recs for both (old) Caprica and New Caprica. You guys linked me to LOTS of stuff--things I haven't read yet, stories I breezed through almost two years ago when I first discovered fanfiction (but hadn't discovered the importance of commenting), stuff that I missed somehow since then. Yeah--it's a bigger list than I expected. So I'm going to split it up into two or more posts. I'm still trying to catch up on reading some of them, so the other post(s) may be much later.

Caprica first! These are stories with a strong focus on the resistance fighters--which means mostly Caprica Buccaneers with occasional OC's, and brief appearances by Kara, Helo, and random cylons. I'm fascinated by how these non-military people survived and fought in what had to be seen as a futile effort. Planning raids, post-traumatic stress, fighting... but mostly those moments that show how they're trying to hold on to their humanity. Some of these stories I've recced before; also, I'm putting my own stuff here. Authorial bias--I like my own stuff.

Interesting observation: most of the stories on this list aren't that long; there will definitely be more multi-chapter fics in the next list.

Haven't written any more on overdue femgenficathon story. Brain currently consumed by vid bunny idea that WON'T GO AWAY even though I don't know how to vid and I don't want to know how to vid.

Man, I should've made a bid in that Sweet Charity fandom action so that someone else would make it for me.

I know how it ends already. And who's in which section of the song. And which part of the song will have to be cut.
