Oh. I actually had a reason for this post, yes. Go read lizardbeth_j's fantastic Battlestar Galactica fic, At the Labyrinth Gates. It's five parts (the first part links to the next chapter, and so forth). It's a continuation of Not All That We Are, so go read that, if you haven't already. Basic idea: Sam knew that he was a cylon from the beginning of the initial attacks. So the first story is a season two AU and the second is season three. Rated R for violence, torture (eeeeeeek!) and some sex.

I've said before that I have no intention of watching Supernatural, but somehow I end up reading fic for the show every now and then. I swear it's not my fault! It's the crossovers! Who can resist the idea of Faith Lehane from Buffy and Angel interacting with, well, anyone?! Because she's totally awesome. Anyway, go read Like the White-Winged Dove. I actually read the wikipedia page on Castiel before reading the fic--I already knew who Sam and Dean were, just because LJ is full of SPN fans and sometimes I mock them by reading the entries about the show over at fandom_wank.

Ack, I have bunches of stuff bookmarked from the last few days that I still haven't had time to read, and comments to write and... *sigh*
