That is a very curious userpic. Because my first impression is that there's some kind of granola-like treat on the bottom, with maybe a sugary/creamy glaze... and then avocado slices. A very weird combination. ;-)

Considering that the sandwich was purchased rather than made, I can't vouch for the ingredients in the hummus. But it was super-delicious.

(I've been mulling over the idea of making my own hummus, but so far that hasn't happened. Maybe in early May. My next goal--besides getting out of bed on time as the perpetual goal--is to invite people over for dinner one Sunday in May. Two of the people I'm considering inviting are switching to a vegetarian diet, so something with hummus might be a good idea...)
