I tried?
I've done quite a few productive things for organization and cleaning in my home these past few days. There's still quite a bit to tackle, but just feeling like there's progress is a big motivator. It's so easy as a teacher to put off things until summertime... and then not do them in the summer because [insert excuse here].
Anyway! I tried watching the first episode of Good Omens on Amazon Prime and it just didn't work for me. Too much of David Tennant being a rubber-faced (not literally) snake-eyed (yes, literally) demon, not enough of baby Adam in his childhood. Or something; it just didn't click for whatever reason. Also, I don't know about the other episodes, but episode one is loooooong. I didn't finish it.
I'm glad so many of y'all are enjoying it, but at this point, it's going in the "not for me" pile. Maybe to try again later, although given the number of other shows on my to-watch list, probably not.
