The internet is an awesome resource for fanfiction. I just googled 'Battlestar Galactica timeline' and found the information I need for the three-strike fic.

Unfortunately, I have less time (in the show's timeline) than I thought to get everything in place. But looking at what else happened in season two, I think everyone needs to go write 'Kara, Sam and Helo are awesome on Caprica' fics, because there are NINE days with all of them together before Kara is captured by the cylons and taken to the creepy hospital.

Here's the information I found.
Day 53: Kara and Karl meet the C-Bucs.
Days 53-61 Kara, Karl, Sam and Jean hang around near Delphi and are generally super-cool
Day 61: Kara captured, taken to hospital/farm
Day 62: rescued! And Kara, Karl and Karl's Sharon leave Caprica

I may have changed the wording slightly. *g* But isn't it inspirational? Don't you feel like writing cool kids on Caprica fic right now?!

That's awesome! I always wondered just how long it was. I miss that handy dandy date stamp from when Helo was on Caprica that told us what was going on.

I did post a porny Sam and Kara fic set during that period though just this week, just in case you missed it. It's was just a fun fic for a birthday present, but I thougut it was funny that it happened to be set then.

Yes! Everyone should write more during that time though! That'd be wonderful.

Hee! Um, no? But I like reading it! Especially if you are writing it! I'm in a Jean/Sam place right now. Want more Jean/Sam on Caprica fic. It's so sad that there is so little. Or Helo/Kara. There are some great Helo/Kara wandering around Caprica fics out there. I may go reread some of those. :-)

I don't read porn. It's never been part of my interest in fanfic. I hope you enjoyed writing it, though. (Sometimes I find it easier to write 'gift' fic than write something for myself... but those fics are generally pretty short.)

I'm having trouble with the Jean/Sam story I want to write for you. Maybe once I get done with a final draft of the three-strike story, my brain can focus on something else. Hm.

I think we need Jean being snarky to Helo fic. That would be fun. She can try and get him to play Pyramid against Kara and Sam, but he's terrible at it...

As far as we can tell, they never had sex until the night before the farm, anyway. There was probably a ton of pyramid-flirting-arguing going on, though.

Now I wonder if she and Helo ran any missions with them.

Actually I could accept the pyramid-sublimation flirting theory or the 'Kara and Sam had lots of sex' theory for those nine days. Either one could be written plausibly.

But I really like the idea of Kara and Helo working with the C-Bucs while trying to figure out how to get back to the fleet with the arrow in hand. Plus, more Jean that way. I want Jean to mock Helo for being hoodwinked by a cylon. For some reason the idea of those two interacting just really appeals to me.
