Alas.
I like my job. I like my school district and think it's a fine one indeed. Sadly this doesn't mean that every single employee is stellar.
I just made a batch of fudge and have eaten a good quantity of it. This is all connected, yes. My first large quantity of chocolate consumed in about a month. I've been trying to cut back.
I'm looking forward to the students returning. Adolescents are reliably difficult, but they have good reason. (And frankly, they can be a lot easier to deal with than the adults.)

(I've always liked how your bad day icon wasn't a ragey one. I think both fudge and Damien Lewis are both excellent coping strategies for work awfulness. ;)

Which reminds me, I saw a brief clip of David Tennant doing a fake American accent for some show, and he was TERRIBLE! Damian Lewis does a much better job of it.
Oh, and yes, I like my non-ragey bad day icon. One of the few icons I made myself that I genuinely like instead of tolerate.
(I ate too much of the fudge yesterday and felt vaguely ill the rest of the evening. I suppose that works well as a deterrent to not eating too much of it today.)
Wow. This is the stream-of-consciousness version of a reply, isn't it?!
