Dear f'list: HELP!

Aside from stalking millari I've been trying to do some research about Great Britain in 1913, particularly life for someone who is in the working class and black. Google-fu is actually harder to work for this than for the US, because our own history of racism had laws relating to it that are well-documented.

Before I resort to posting questions on little_details I thought I'd see if anyone has any input. ( questions related to race, Doctor Who canon and Edwardian England )
