Yuletide story recs, round two
Time for another round of Yuletide 2011 fic recs. Some of these I found thanks to other people's rec lists; that's very much the case with the larger fandoms, because I haven't really had time to look through all of those stories.
Shakespeare Retold--The Taming of the Shrew
where two raging fires meet, PG-13ish? (not rated by author). Katherine Minola and Petruchio dealing with her pregnancy in their inimitable ways.
eff-em-ell, and other quotes for the official biography, outsider POV about Katherine and Petruchio. (Her long-suffering assistant Tim.)
Oxford Time Travel Series (Willis)
Not the Last Unknown. Colin's POV after rescuing (but not saving) Mike Davies. Yes, I'm reccing a fic with Colin. I know! It's good, go read it.

Sociology 102: Aggregate Group Dynamics, in which another group tries to take over the study room in the gang's absence. Nice to get a voice for the minor characters in this show, and it has some sharp points to make about the main characters as well.
Madeleine L'Engle--Austin and Murry family stories
A Good Many Sparrows. Charles Wallace visits his sister's family. Poly's POV.
Once Upon a Time
The Many Lies of Walter Elias Disney features Emma backstory, plus interactions with Henry, Mary Margaret and others.
Motherless Children: more Emma POV fic with Mary Margaret and Ashley (Cinderella).
So many (more) stories there for Community, Once Upon a Time, Parks and Recreation and Tangled. It's just a bit overwhelming. Maybe later...
