story update (because it's a milestone)

So chapter two of popcorn fic is now done and this story is now officially the longest thing I've written. The previous longest story by me is 9,400 words.

Hey, anybody wanna buy a story plot? Or write a car chase scene for me?

Hee, yeah, just a bit to go to catch up with... dude, almost anyone on my f'list has written longer stories than me. ;-)

As for the "how did it get to be this many words?" scenario, I could see that happening. Both chapters I've done have gone a couple thousand more than I expected already.

You're gonna have to keep 'awaiting' a while longer. ;-) There are supposed to be seven chapters to this thing. (I'm not going to start posting until it's done, because I don't want to do that thing where people start posting something that stays forever unfinished. Makes me crazy!)

Even the very first story I read by you was longer than this is so far. Heh.
