the Disney request post

Roommate H is the one who pays for Disney+ and she's cancelling her subscription. So I have 12 days to watch whatever I'm gonna watch this time around. I still haven't seen season two of The Mandalorian, which should theoretically be a priority, but... honestly? I'd rather rewatch Rogue One. Which I'm definitely going to do.

Anything else I should try before D+ disappears?

(I'll probably re-subscribe again at some point. Hopefully, by then they'll have more servers, or whatever, because D+ is the glitchiest service of all our various subscription TV platforms. Which is part of why H is getting rid of it. That, and she prefers content available on other platforms.)

I’d recommend just watching Chapter 16: The Rescue (aka the season 2 Mandalorian finale), particularly the last 10 minutes.

I also liked the Clone Wars micro series. I vaguely remember watching it on Cartoon Network back in the day.

Falcon and the Winter Solider was good (6 episodes). WandaVision (8 episodes). So too was Soul (if you've not seen it.) And of course Hamilton (if you've not seen it.)

Funny - the glitchest for me is Netflix - it glitches the most. Disney + glitches the least. Which is really odd - since I'm getting it for free from a social media friend's platform.

I guess it depends on your fandoms? In 12 days there's only so much that can be seen (no Star Wars Rebels or Clone Wars for example) but I've found the LEGO Star Wars shorts fun. Would agree with Hamilton and, if you're up to date on the MCU, Wandavision which is in 30 minute segments that go quickly (although I haven't finished it yet myself). If there are any Pixar films you haven't seen they're usually a good bet, other than Cars 2 and The Good Dinosaur.
