Actually my mention of 'defensive' came from me feeling guilty about using the term trashy. I was using it with (slightly disdainful) affection. Heh. You didn't sound defensive to me, I just wanted to make sure I didn't come across as a jerk.

Hm, BSG fic... naw, you've already seen any good stuff I've run across lately (the fics by dionusia and prolix_allie). There's not a whole lot going on in the BSG fic-world, it would appear. I've been mulling over a Racetrack on Earth idea myself, but it's not writing itself. Rats.
