*echoing shriek*
I saw a mouse. In my pantry. This morning, before I'd even had a chance to shower.
SHRIEK!
I don't think they heard me in Canada, but pert near everywhere else.
So when I get home this evening I'm going to clean out my pantry (wearing gloves and so forth) and try putting as much food as possible into mice-proof containers before the exterminator arrives later this week.
computer still out of order; possibly fixed by end of week

Good luck with the great mouse apocalypse.

I am terrified of them so I feel your pain. And even with extermination, you still have to trap it. *shivers*
Live unwanted mammals in the house are so NOT cool. Not having a computer to write on LJ about it, is not cooler.

Doesn't your cat react to having a mouse in the house? The one and only time mine has meet a mouse (luckily not in my house) she was all excited and tried her very best to catch it. Which she eventually did; only problem being that she had no idea how to actually kill it :(
