I bought and read Wuthering Heights several years ago. All that I knew ahead of time: moors, Cathy and Heathcliff, a high (reading) level of language.

I bought Digging to America on a recent trip to an independent bookstore. The cover is eye-catching, and I've enjoyed Anne Tyler's books in the past. ( spoilers for basic premise )
