rose_griffes: Kermit and Miss Piggy dancing (kermit/piggy)

day 15 of favorite female characters

I'm close to a thousand words on my Yuletide fic. I'm guessing it will be... twice that long? Hard to tell.

So that's good. Of course, I haven't practiced the piano since Tuesday, and I'm playing my two Christmas songs at our "piano party" in a week. Oops.

Also, I haven't posted about any favorite female characters in a week. Oops again.

Clearly it's time to rectify that slip-up.

My next favorite female was part of a mostly-male ensemble cast.

She's strikingly feminine.

But she's not afraid to show how physically tough she is, either.

In fact, she positively revels in it.

She's also not afraid to show her emotions. While singing off-key.

And whether or not she gets any screen time, Miss Piggy is always the star of her own show.

On a more personal note, MISS PIGGY! She's so awesome! I guess I'd say that she's more of an inspirational character rather than a direct role model. (You know... since most people don't react well to being karate-chopped.) Heh.

Thanks to anonymous for the extra paid time on dreamwidth. I'm trying to catch up on loading my userpics there.

Yup! Miss Piggy is cheering you on too! In her way, of course. :-)
