last books for July 2010; also Doctor Who

I'm typing this entry directly into livejournal, instead of in notepad like I usually do. Why? Because this is supposed to be a short break from cleaning. I've already done a beading break (a friend came over and finished making a necklace while I made earrings to go with a necklace I made last year), and it's time to do more organizing!

So, the last three books I read in July were:
The Passage by Justin Cronin
The Hunger Games and Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins

( brief reaction is appropriately post-apocalyptic )

Also, I did watch the finale of season five of new Doctor Who this past weekend--( spoilers will cease to exist until they come back again anyway )

I may have more thoughts after rewatching. Which I will NOT do today, since I'm about to go clean some more.
