Jack sick. Inspirational speech to Losties ends in collapse. Not very inspiring, Jack!
presumed flashforward includes Kate in Jack's shower. Oh, Jack, you have terrible taste in women.

Actually, it was Jack in Kate's shower. Jack is reading to Aaron, using the same hit-you-over-the-head kind of text that BSG writers have Adama reading to Roslin. Heh.
Kate's being emotionally honest?!? But, wait! What show is this?!
Claire, Sawyer and Ghostbuster guy head for the beach, but get sidetracked when Miles finds the bodies of Rousseau and Karl.
Juliet diagnoses appendicitis, which Jack already knew. "Guess we're going to have to take it out." That oughta be all kinds of fun.

Sun sent to get instruments and supplies. Daniel ticked at Charlotte for being a jerked. I like Juliet's solution to deal with mistrust of Dan and Charlotte--send Jin with a gun along with them.
Sawyer being defensive of Claire (telling Miles to back off) amuses me.
Rose and Bernard have interesting brief discussion about why Jack is sick.
Control-freak Jack wants to talk Juliet through the surgery, wants Kate to hold a mirror. Hey Jack, remember how Kate almost passed out in the pilot episode when she was giving you stitches?
Future!Jack visits Hurley, who says they're all dead (the O6). Message from Charlie: you're not supposed to raise him. dun dun DUN.

Sawyer, Claire and Miles are found by chopper pilot, who saves them from a violent death from evil boat captain dude.
Future!Jack stalks Hurley's hospital. Goes to Kate's, asks for reassurances then proposes marriage. She says yes. I am fairly blah about this. *shrug*

Jin goes for broke with Charlotte--maybe literally. (hee)
Bernard is Juliet's assistant. Operation starts, I look away because I am so squeamish. Jack chloroformed by Bernard.
Future!Jack interrupted by beeping, sees his dad! Or not. He asks co-worker for meds, then goes home and acts like a suspicious jerk. Fun times.
Island again--Claire wakes up and sees her dad holding Aaron?!

Juliet tells Kate about Jack kissing her... then clears the way for Kate to have a reason to hope. It's all noble and stuff. Rats.
Future!Jack is home early, being a suspicious idiot. Oh, Kate. Jack can *never* just leave things alone.
