I have a very easy fudge recipe that requires no candy thermometer or anything... it's basically just a bag of chocolate chips, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk. I can look it up for you, if you like, or are you looking for something more fancy?

Non-fancy is fine! I don't want too complicated, so no thermometer = happy Rose.
